Poop2Poppies™ is currently a small independent business run entirely by me, Amanda Jayne.

I personally design, source, manage, and oversee everything myself, and I genuinely care about making sure you receive a product that you love.

All products are made to order through carefully selected print-on-demand suppliers. This means your item is only created once your order has been placed.

Where possible, products are sourced from Australia. However, some suppliers are located overseas in order to provide the best quality products available.

Because of this, shipping costs, customs processing, and delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of my control.


Please check the individual product descriptions for estimated shipping times to your country before purchasing.

I also ask for understanding regarding major world events, customs delays, postal disruptions, or international conflicts that may occasionally affect delivery times.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe listed on the website, please contact me and I will personally follow it up for you.

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.

Photographic proof is required so I can investigate the issue with the supplier and organise a replacement or suitable solution. In most cases, I will not ask you to return the item, but I do need clear photos showing the fault or incorrect product received.

Because every item is custom made to order, I unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong colour

Please read all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

The hoodies and T-shirts generally run quite true to size. If you are unsure or prefer a looser fit, I would personally recommend sizing up by one size.

My long-term goal is to eventually manufacture and ship my own products directly, which would allow me to offer more flexible return options in the future.

Right now, this allows me to offer high-quality products while continuing to grow Poop2Poppies™.
